These are programmes customised to the client’s unique requirements, which are not currently available in our existing offering.

Such programmes are specifically customised to align the company staff's reskilling/upskilling in readiness to align with digitalisation or transformation's goals and strategy. Such training contextualises use cases, processes, and practices specific and relevant to the company.

Our Approach: The 7-Step Framework

The steps performed are as follows:

1. Understand company's goals and strategy involving staff's readiness to be equipped
2. Assess and identify the staff's current competencies gaps and desired competencies for the desired goals
3. Discuss proposed upskilling/reskilling training plan and approach
4. Draft and finalise the training proposal with client
5. Plan and design the curriculum
6. Submit programme for FTS accreditation if applicable
7. Rollout the training, with in-house or AgilenLite training resources
