Terms and Conditions

You consent to AgilenLite Pte Ltd (“AnL”) collecting, using and disclosing the personal data you provide in this form for the following purposes, which are necessary for us to process your registration:

• Administering your registration, attendance and certification for the relevant course, event, seminar or training programme;
• Where applicable, submitting your personal data (which may include your NRIC/FIN number) to SkillsFuture Singapore, the Institute of Banking and Finance, or other relevant funding or accreditation bodies, via their designated secure platforms, to process funding claims; and
• Engaging service providers (such as our cloud hosting or IT providers) who process this data on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
  This consent is required for us to process your registration. It is separate from, and does not include consent to receive marketing updates (see Section 2 below).

You may separately choose to consent to AnL contacting you with updates about future events, courses, seminars and related activities organised or co-organised by AnL. This consent is optional and you may decline it without affecting your registration under Section 1. You may withdraw this consent at any time (see Section 5).

If you are providing another individual's personal data, or submitting this form on their behalf, you declare that you have obtained their consent for AnL, and where applicable AnL's engaged service providers and relevant funding/accreditation bodies, to collect, use and disclose their personal data for the purposes set out in this form.

NOTE. Any NRIC/FIN number you provide is used solely for identification in connection with funding or accreditation submissions. AnL does not use NRIC/FIN numbers as a password or authentication credential for any system or account.

You may withdraw your consent for the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at dpo@agilenlite.com. We will inform you of the likely consequences of withdrawal (for example, if it affects an existing registration or funding claim) before acting on your request.

This consent is given in conjunction with, and subject to, AgilenLite's Personal Data Protection Policy, which sets out in full how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data, and is available on our website. If you have any questions, please contact us at dpo@agilenlite.com

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
