The Foundational Course - Adopting a Change Mindset (for Financial Sector)

Organisations need a forward-thinking and adaptable mindset to enable them to remain well-prepared for the future and to respond adeptly to the ever-changing landscape of business, operations, processes and services.

Through interactive exercises, simulation game and role plays, participants will learn and better appreciate how to relate the essential concepts and ideas to practical applications in the financial services industry.
