Critical Incident Response and Management Preparedness Exercise
Overview
“Keeping the light on” – this is the expected service delivery standards businesses must maintain and comply as part of service level agreement. Yet when natural disaster, system failure, cyber-attacks, or data breaches happen, these events, classified as critical incidents, will warrant a higher level of attention and escalated reporting and communication, ranging from customers’ communication, regulatory compliance and speed of recovery factors. The reputation of the companies is reflected in how they execute the critical incident response and management practice. Participants in this experiential training will go through a series of scenarios; each focusing on different types of critical incidents requiring diverse engagement of the stakeholders including Regulators, Customers, Company’s Management and Employees.
