Aside from the domain and functional skills, one should have to succeed in his/her project delivery, managing stakeholders’ expectation is becoming a more critical success factor. It is thus an essential survival skill for the participants to understand the importance of stakeholder management strategy and planning, understand what to consider in crafting stakeholder communication and be knowledgeable of the salient points in managing stakeholders’ expectation.
