Kin Wei is a digital and technology leader with over 30 years of experience transforming global businesses. He has held senior roles at Air Liquide, Cargill, and Pfizer, delivering large-scale digital strategies that improved efficiency, reduced costs, and unlocked new growth opportunities. His leadership has been recognized globally, including the Tech Talent Builder of the Year 2023 award.

At Air Liquide, he led a three-year Asia Pacific digital transformation, introducing cloud migration, IT outsourcing, cybersecurity enhancements, and digital innovations such as RPA and ML Ops. These initiatives streamlined operations, cut costs, and built a future-ready digital organisation that strengthened business collaboration and growth.

At Cargill, Kin Wei achieved IT efficiency gains by modernising systems and migrating to the cloud. He also championed blockchain-enabled supply chains, Al-powered analytics, and governance frameworks - projects that improved operations and evolved into industry-wide solutions.

At Pfizer, he spearheaded major ERP and supply chain transformations, earning recognition as one of the company’s top 200 global leaders.
