Amelia Ching

Amelia is a highly skilled finance expert with over 25 years of experience in corporate banking leadership. Her extensive expertise in information security, risks, and controls has facilitated the effective operations of the bank’s due diligence and controls, ensuring robust global support for diverse corporate clients and high customer satisfaction and growth levels.

Her achievements include strategic finance technology initiatives such as Global Production Support, Risks and Controls, and project management for Global Transaction and Treasury Services (TTS), Application Command Centre, and Technology Centre of Excellence.

In 2017, Amelia established AgilenLite Pte Ltd and has successfully trained and placed over 260 professionals through the Professional Career Conversion program, a national initiative, in IT and Security Risks, including Cybersecurity, and over 2,000 corporate professionals in cybersecurity, fraud risk, anti-money laundering and cloud security and others. She also serves as an adjunct trainer at the Academy of Singapore Management University, an established Institute of Higher Learning.

Additionally, Amelia authored “The Art of Cyber Resilience: Into the Mind of Cyber Criminals” (2022, available through Amazon and “Outsmart the Insider: Building A Zero-Trust” (2024) through Elementum Asia. Furthermore, in the first quarter of 2025, she launched an online self-paced training course, “Cybersecurity for Everyday and Work”, on Udemy, the online learning platform.
